TriLite Stone Company makes manufactured stone veneer in Howard Lake, Minnesota, and we install it too. We take on both residential and commercial projects. We look at each one individually, based on location, project size, scheduling, and installer availability. Minnesota is our primary market, and projects may extend into Wisconsin and other Upper Midwest areas.

Residential and Commercial Installation
We install for homeowners and for commercial projects, and commercial work is a growing part of our business.
- Homeowners: exteriors and full facades, entryways and columns, garages, fireplaces, interior feature walls, outdoor kitchens and living spaces.
- Commercial: storefronts, facades, and other commercial buildings.
- Builders and general contractors: TriLite can install as a subcontractor on your project.
- Smaller projects: we may be able to take on fireplaces and accent walls, depending on workload and installer availability.

What We Install
Our focus is TriLite’s own manufactured stone. For certain projects we can also source and install natural stone.
Mortared Stone Veneer
Ledgestone, Limestone, Traditional Stone, Country Stone, Specialty Blends, and Brick Veneer.
Super-Stak Mortarless Stone
A panelized stone veneer designed for faster, mortarless installation. It comes in two profiles, Mountain Ledge and Dry-Stak.
Natural Stone (select projects)
We can source and install natural stone for certain projects. Ask us whether it fits yours.

Two Warranties, Two Different Things
- 50-Year Limited Product Warranty. Applies to qualifying TriLite manufactured stone veneer, subject to the written warranty terms. See warranty terms →
- 2-Year Workmanship Warranty. Applies to TriLite installation work.
These are separate warranties. The 50-Year Limited Product Warranty applies to qualifying manufactured stone veneer under the written warranty terms, while the 2-Year Workmanship Warranty applies to TriLite installation work.
How Installation Works
- Tell us about your project. Request a project quote or call TriLite.
- We review the project. We look at location, project size, application, scheduling, and installer availability.
- Choose the stone. We help narrow the profile and color and can arrange samples when needed.
- Review the installation plan. TriLite confirms the project scope, materials, and installation approach.
- Professional installation. The project is completed using the appropriate installation method for the selected product.
- Project completion and warranty. TriLite-installed work includes a 2-year workmanship warranty.

Do you have a set service radius?

Can TriLite work as a subcontractor?
Yes. We can install as a subcontractor for builders and general contractors.
Will you take on a small project like a fireplace or accent wall?
Possibly. It depends on our workload and installer availability at the time, so call and ask.
Who does the installation?

What stone do you install?
Mainly TriLite’s own manufactured stone: our mortared collections and Super-Stak in Mountain Ledge and Dry-Stak. For certain projects we can also source and install natural stone.
What's the difference between mortared veneer and Super-Stak?
Mortared veneer is set in mortar and grouted and comes in six collections. Super-Stak is a panel system with no mortar joints, so it installs faster.
What warranties apply?
The 50-Year Limited Product Warranty applies to qualifying TriLite manufactured stone veneer, subject to the written warranty terms. The separate 2-Year Workmanship Warranty applies to TriLite installation work.
Can I see the stone in person?
Yes. We can arrange samples, or you can visit our Howard Lake shop and showroom. The showroom is by appointment only, so please call ahead.
